8.5 Image Data (thermograms) produced on our digital cameras are filed in our Dropbox account together with your digital patient records.
8.6 All your Data (mentioned above) will be encrypted in transfer (using StayPrivate Services) to and from our doctors for purposes of Thermogram Interpretation as laid out in the services provided by Medical Thermal Imaging.
8.7 Personal Data is entered into to our appointment management System ‘PracticePal’ (Astute Data Systems Ltd.) in order to administer records of your visits to our clinic and to align this Data with your medical Data mentioned above.
8.8 PracticePal take data security very seriously. Within their organisation the data can only be accessed by staff that have been trained and that require access, i.e. support, technical development and administrative staff. PracticePal security policy and can be seen here
9. Changes of Business Ownership and Control
9.1 Medical Thermal Imaging Ltd. may, from time to time, expand or reduce its business and this may involve the sale of certain divisions or the transfer of control of certain divisions to other parties. Data provided by Users will, where it is relevant to any division so transferred, be transferred along with that division and the new owner or newly controlling party will, under the terms of this Policy, be permitted to use the Data for the purposes for which it was supplied by you the User.
9.2 In the event that any Data submitted by Users will be transferred in such a manner, you will be contacted in advance and informed of the changes. When contacted you be given the choice to have your Data deleted or withheld from the new owner or controller.
